#7 states "Buyer may rent or sell their interval by using a broker of buyer's choice."
Our company does not do resales as we currently sell our own inventory. We offer the name of a reputable company when people request information. They are free to seek out other timeshare resale companies. There are many of them.
There are no guarantees in buying a home or vacation property as many many people have realized since the market adjustment a few years ago.

Why can't they add the timeshare to their list to sell for a reasonable dollar amount instead of giving us the line that other timeshare sellers are fraudulent to scare you not to sell. It is really simple, we just want them to buy back the timeshare and return our money. We don't want anything to do with Breezy Point and want out. Their integrity is nowhere close to the truth. If they have so many interested clients then why can't they resell this time share as they have already made over 10,000 off of us. They won't even make any offer to buy back this timeshare when they know we are not happy and never have been. What ever happened to customer satisfaction?

In response to [redacted]'s latest correspondence.
The developer has all of the inventory needed without taking back additional inventory. This is deeded real estate, you do not give back your townhome or condo to the developer for him to resell for you.
[redacted]'s decision not to use their property was totally up to them. It is not the fault of anyone else involved in the sale.
All of the conditions of the original sale and future resale were spelled out in the documents signed at closing.
This purchase was made in June of 2007 to expect this to be taken back after 8 years in order to give customer satisfaction is an unrealistic request.
We regret that the [redacted]'s are unhappy after all of these years. They need to use it and maybe then they would not be so displeased with it. Vacations can be fun and relaxing. If they need assistance in using it please call our Owners Services department, Dede [redacted] and she will guide you through your usage options.

Upon checking with the Marketing Company that is offering the discounted stay at Breezy Point Resort we found that Mr [redacted]'s number was called 7 times from 9/28/17 to 10/27/17  a message was left on his answering machine twice with no answering machine the other 5 times.  At no time did...

any one answer the phone requesting that no further calls to him be made.  His name and number has now been put on the internal do not call list.  Had someone answered and requested no further calls be made that would have been done immediately.  The program is designed to offer recent past guests of the resort a chance to come back at a discounted price to view our vacation ownership options. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused Mr [redacted], that is certainly not our intent.
