Abilene, the final story was that a switch which is supposed to be activated on weekends was not It causes the information to be refreshed at the ATM machines They said this was the first time it happened It happened two more times last year and has happened two times this year Also, the available balance on a smart phone is not always the same as on a PC The Vice President said that I should use my smart phone to do my online banking I informed her I didn't have a smart phone and had no intention of getting one but if she wanted to buy it, I would use it She suggested I take my business elsewhere which I agreed to and completed last week
