Good morning due to our conversation, I would like to close this case at this time due to I have tried to take to contact and care of the situation first with Breining Institute, Department of Health Care Services, then Revdex.com and now Board of Behavioral ScienceLet's see if I have the right complaint place and hopefully my concerns and situations will be addressed properly.If I need your services again I hope I am able to reopen this complaint

I am rejecting this response because: I know I do not owe you any money for the services I was supposed to receive from you due to lack of professionalism misconduct, administrative record-keeping, advertising, incompetence, and fees and billing practices.Please see letter I sent to you December 31, I feel I was overcharged due to not receiving professional common courtesy when leaving messages and no return calls for monthsWhen things could've been took in care of in a timely matterI qualify my for the $registration fee but due to no return calls and was stated that I needed to pay the registration fee because your company would be in trouble and I also qualified for the test taking at the price of $due to general relief (GR)I also was told I could take the fourth exam in December December and you said you sent it over to the testing site and I have took in the test three times within less than daysSo out of good faith to show professional conduct I feel that you should give me my refund that is due to me in full which you received in total $649, which totals up to $plus hundred and $plus hundred and $plus hundred and $equals $Now three exams at $times three equals $plus $for registration equals $plus $for registration equals $so there is $refunded back to me.Now as far as accommodations I have been accommodated for the two exams I took in October and one in December when he came to the last one in December you guys offered me 50% time but no private room and no reader and because you were overwhelmed and did not take care of it and a professional way I would like to be compensated and be refunded my hold $and there will be no more for the actions taken with filing a complaint with Americans with disability I think that that would be fair out of good faith from your company due to unprofessionalism and not keeping up with feeds records and stating that it is partially your fault when it is all of your fall because if they would've been taken care of none of this would happen I hope that we can agree on this and no further actions will be taken

Our reply remains as was detailed in our letter to you on March 30th, and as set forth belowWe have reviewed the information supplied by the complainantWe cannot discuss individual client matters without a signed release, which we have indicated previouslyAlso, if we were able to discuss this matter individually, our reply would remain the same having considered the complainant’s replyAlthough the amounts are most definitely owed to us, we remain willing to waive the additional amounts owed as a courtesy to the complainant.Thank you for attention to this matter.Sincerely,*** ** ***Breining Institute

We received your telephone message regarding the complaint ID [redacted]. You indicated that you are calling because the complaint remains open. Our general response was sent to you by US Postal mail on March 30, 2015. As we indicated in that letter, we take our clients' confidentiality very seriously, and we do not release personal or confidential client information without the signed authorization of the client allowing us to do so. Thereafter, you did send a copy of the complaint, but we did not receive a release or authorization signed by the client that would allow us to discuss particulars of the client’s interactions with us.Again, we would indicate to you, without making reference to any particular client, that these are our policies to which we strictly adhere:- When a client has a problem, we respond to them quickly and we make every attempt to satisfactorily resolve their issue;- We do not keep client funds that are not owed to us;- Testing accommodations are made for persons with disabilities;- Clients who represent that they have made payments by check but which we have not received are requested to produce evidence from their bank showing that we did receive and cash the check before the payment can be credited;- Clients were advised that the examination offered is not easy to pass, that studying is required, and that as a result of government regulation, the exam would be offered in California only through the end of December 2014.In furtherance of your desire to close this complaint, we can indicate to you that as a courtesy to this client we will refrain from further action to collect the amount owed to us by the client. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,[redacted]

I qualify my for the $75 registration fee but due to no return calls and was stated that I needed to pay the registration fee because your company would be in trouble and I also qualified for the test taking at the price of $120 due to general relief (GR). I also was told I could take the fourth exam in December December 2013 and you said you sent it over to the testing site and I have took in the test three times within less than 30 days. So out of good faith to show professional conduct I feel that you should give me my refund that is due to me in full which you received in total $649, which totals up to $199 plus hundred and $50 plus hundred and $50 plus hundred and $50 equals $649. Review: Profession Misconduct, Advertising, Incompetence, Fees/Billing Practices and I believe Professionals acted improperly and unprofessional and a lack of ethical profession.See attachmentDesired Settlement: To refund and money and pay for pay for a exam that I was not able to take with Breining in Dec 2014 do to them not giving me the full accommodation such as a reader, private room, extra time, they were only going to give me extra time only. I have to pay for New book to study all over again that is a setback. I have right as a disable person. I have take all exam with full accommodation.
