Review: I applied for and signed a commitment letter, loan agreement and disbursement form and contract documentation with Bremmer Way lending for a personal loan in the amount of $5000.00 which didn't go through. To acquire this loan, I was told by my loan consultant at Bremmer Way, [redacted], that I would be required to pay some money up front before receiving my funds. I was told this twice, on two separate occasions. I ended up paying a total of $878.00 total dollars to acquire this personal loan of $5000.00 which never ended up happening. According to the signed documentation, since the loan was terminated, I am entitled to a full refund of my money that I invested in this. It has been over 45 days and I have made numerous phone calls and Bremmer Way has refused to communicate further with me. I can not get any information from them regarding the status of my refund and there is no reason why I should not have received my money back from them by now. This has caused a major financial hardship for me and I need my money refunded back to me as soon as possible. There is no reason why they have not mailed my refund check back to me by now. The last time I spoke to anyone at Bremmer Way and that was on Feb.[redacted], 2014 and I spoke to [redacted], she told me it could take up to 30 days to process, I understood that, but we are way beyond that now and they are not responding to any communication from me at all now. So I have no recourse but to lodge a complaint against them.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my out of pocket costs in the amount of $878.00 mailed to me as soon as possible.

Review: I was directed to this lending company via an internet site. I filed out the application andwas approved and accepted. Then I was told I need to send a collateral payment of 500 dollars initially via western union to Canada I researched the company online found no scams regarding them, I received loan documents and spoke initially regularly with a customer service person after the funding date came and went I was told I need to provide and additional collateral payment to get the loan. I stated from the beginning that was not going to be possible and supposedly a refund process stated on Feb**, I received a document stating I would receive my refund back shortly after March [redacted] and still nothing and they quite responding. Then I received an email stating that the customer service person mis labeled the address and the check was sent back. but this person was expediting my check back to me that was six days ago and now it seems the my phone number was blocked I have sent emails asking for a supervisor and no response. This has caused great financial harm and emotional stress. All I want is my refund of the 500 dollars and shame on me for believing the company would act professionally as it appeared to start out as.Desired Settlement: I would like my 500 dollars back and at this point the fall out from the initial loan falling through and the run around, I wouldn't know how to start asuit to go after anything else the stress this has snow balled into. I just want my refund and I need back as soon as possible
