Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [My intent is not to slander but to make others aware of her lack of professionalismI am an advocate of family first and would've appreciated some type of explanation and apologyI extended my vacation an extra day so I could accommodate her (no weekend, during the day only) appointment scheduleI had texted her on Friday before the appointment scheduled on 7/I didn't receive any response until less then hours prior to her appointment with no explanation other than she couldn't make itI understand emergencies, but she also needs to be considerate of other people's obligations as wellShe said she would be there on Thursday, 7/at 6:I ran home after work to meet herIf she had truly driven minutes, she had to be right by my houseShe should have pulled over and called me for directionsI don't believe she made an attempt to keep the appointment and she didn't have the courtesy to cancel in advanceAgain, I only waited so longfor her services because she did have such a high rating with the Revdex.comI was expecting someone who would be eager to work and considerate of my time as wellI've never filed a complaint with the Revdex.com ever and am not an unreasonable personI don't wish harm to BrendaI just want her to understand that her clients are also people with lives and challengesIf this is how she conducts business then it should be reflective of her Revdex.com rating Regards, [redacted]

Review: I contacted Brenda on June 22, 2016 about providing a quote for a job. I explained the scope of the work, the location (which is 35 minutes from her) and asked if she would be interested in providing a quote. She said yes and "You may pick day AND time. Mon. To Fri. 9:30am to 2pm" Every day and time I gave her within her parameters, she was unavailable. I finally scheduled a day off for July 25th and scheduled an appt for 11am. I received a text at 9:16 that day saying she wouldn't be able to make it and she could come Thursday evening at 5:45pm. On Thursday at 5:57 I messaged her to see if she was finding her way. At 7:17pm responded that she got lost and turned around. I gave her specific directions and she could have called had she actually made an attempt. This has been going on for 5 weeks and the only reason I have been so patient is because she was listed with the Revdex.com. She is completely unprofessional and unapologetic. Others need to be aware before they waste their time with her.Desired Settlement: Her score needs to be affected by her unprofessionalism. My only desire is to help others avoid having the same experience. If I hadn't found her through the Revdex.com I wouldn't have waited so long and tried so hard to accommodate her schedule.
