Three months after all my items were sold I asked when I could expect payment and was told not to rush them or they would donate my proceeds. I am sorry I did business with this company. Not a good businessman in my opinion. I would not recommend this company.

The contract states clearly that it takes up to six months and it states clearly that do not rush us about payment. It does state clearly it does take time to sell your items and you were told that and signed a contract stating that. I am sorry that you as upset it didn't sell overnight for you but reality is you must have patients here. Maybe you should read the contract again and send us an apology for the negative review. We follow exactly what the contract said and you agreed to the terms.
I did read the contract and it also clearly states that within 10 business days after the conclusion of the sale you will make available to me a written summary of sale results showing gross proceeds. At the same time you will deliver a cash/check to me in full amount of the net proceeds once all is sold. On December 5, 2019 I talked to you on the phone and you told me all my items had sold and to call you back in January 2020. I could not reach you by phone after that. From then on you would text only. I was patient with you and 3 months later in March I had every right to ask when I could expect payment and you say I am rushing you. Actually your contract says: If we feel rushed to SELL your items we will just donate them and you will receive a tax-deductible receipt. My items had already been sold! Maybe you should read your contract again. You did not follow it exactly. I have never been treated so rudely by a company as yours. I would never treat my customers the way you do. Ever. I believe you are dishonest and instead of trying to improve your company from negative reviews you receive, you blame the customer and want them to apologize to you. That right there speaks volumes as to how you do business.
