I am a snowbird and live approxmonths in Florida I need a Prolia shot every months (one is during my stay in Florida)My insurance (which is out of network in FL) had set it up where my Prolia medicine could be ordered thru their pharmacy and shipped to a doctors office in FL so that I did not need to travel all the way back to Michigan in order to receive my shot I contacted several doctors offices in my area in FLSome of them told me that they were unable to give me the shot with my insurance requirements When I contacted Countryside Medical I was told that yes, they could give me my shot I repeated a couple of times to them how it needed to be handled with my insurance company and was told that "We do it all the time, no problem, you just need to be established as a patient"I made the appointment to become established as a patient and after I paid for the visit I requested an appointment to get my shot I was then told that they could not give me my shot, that t
