I am posting this review to worn others about Brenengen West SalemI have been a customer of Brenengen West Salem for several yearsI have purchased two cars there and given them all of my service work on all of my carsIt was the service department that attracted me to Brenengen, but those days long goneI bought new tires for one of my cars there a few years agoMy wife complained after the tires were installed on her car that something was wrongI was out of town at the time so I told her I would look at it when I got homeA few days later I looked at the car and three of my new tires were falling off the car because they were not tightened down correctlyI called Brenengen they said bring it inThey replaced the broken lug nuts and tightened down the tires and said everything was okAfter driving the car we noticed wheel noise and I did complain about itThe wheel bearings on the three axles that had the wheels falling off were damagedI had the car in for service regularly and nothing ever said about the wheel bearingsWe thought it must be the tires making the noiseSeveral months latter the tires needed rotation so we had it done before leaving on a trip to MinnesotaWe got to Cannon Falls Mn and a front tire came of the car while we were driving through townWe could have been killed by thisI called Brenengen and they came and got the car that had a lot of damage to itThey called and said the car was finished so I went to get itAfter I got there they told me that they took it for a drive and noticed bad wheel bearingsThe woman that drove the car was the person that sent it back into the shopThese guys cant tell when they are looking at the car that the wheel bearings are damaged? They need a woman in the office to point it out to themThey did fix the car, but I have no faith in the maintenance department at all anymoreThey can't even change tires without them falling off the carI have a restored classic Camaro that I brought in to have an AC performance test done on the carThe AC was working just fine, but I like to keep everything in top condition on the carI asked when I made the appointment if they had the freon for this old of a car? they asked the technician and he said no problemGreat I brought the car in for service and I sat there waiting for hoursTwice a service rep came and asked me how much of a performance check I wanted doneWell I said I want all of the performance check doneI sat a long time waiting and they came in and told me that they did not have the freon for a car that old, but they were going to give me a free oil changeThe technician began to tell me that I had a big freon leak, but I told him that its been several years since the last performance check and the AC was working fine when it came in for serviceThey should have made sure they had the freon before the did anything to the carAfter I left the AC froze up because it didn't fave the freon it needed in the compressor to lubricate itThe oil change they gave me they used the wrong kind of oilWhen I complained about what was done on the car they did not take any responsibility at allThey destroyed my AC unit and gave me a free estimate to replace itLook out for Brenengen West Salem folks

customer 1:00customer never did come into dealership and speak with service manager did talk over the phone
customer was in on 5/16 with 113388 miles for spark plugs to be replaced came back in on 5/27 with 113858 miles for blower motor not working. Service manager offered to customer for satisfaction to pay the labor customer would be responsible for the part only. Customer declined any assistance at that time.

Bought a Odyssey from them in 2009.. Have had them do all the service on it since then. My wife called in to make an appointment. Was told that they don't service Hondas and that they have no idea what the service code on the dash meant. And then she was told to find a Honda dealer. the service code turned out to be a transmission fluid change.. All they had to do was use google..
