I am rejecting this response because: Hatfield keeps insisting I needed a fuel pump and that is not true. Replacing the fuel pump did not fix the problem. I paid a lot of money to fix something that was not broken. I paid more money to fix other problems that were broken in the process. Also came out of the shop with more problems then I had when I went in. Going there to fix what was recently broken time and time again and all they want to do is be dishonest. I can never in good conscience accept this based on dishonesty. The time I missed from work, the gas and travel to get there over and over again. Now I need to go back yet again, if I want them to fix the broken fuel gage and the broken or kinked gas shut off hose (causing gas to not overflow) that did work fine previously. I do not want to keep writing back and forth as it will do no good, but as I said I cannot accept something that is dishonest just because I'm tired of dealing with it.
