Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] I am not satisfied with the response from the businessAs stated in the original complaint, we were only made aware of the water pump issueIt is our opinion that the engine was not rebuiltIt needs to be rebuiltI understand this has come to a he said/she said kind of ordeal, but if any mechanic looks at the engine, I believe it would be clear that the engine is not in a rebuilt stateIf the state we received the boat in was in fact rebuilt by their standards, then I don't understand how this company is still in businessThey are obviously unorganized, as they couldn't find the title when we bought the boat and they didn't know where the keys wereMaybe they rebuilt a different engine and are mistakenWe took the time to clean the boat, have the horrible wiring fixed, and of course wait for the lake to thaw to get the boat in the water safely which was the beginning of JuneWe also could not put the boat in the water until we had the registration completed which the business confirms took longer than it should have whether it was on the part of the DNR or the businessWe do not intend to drop this matter until it is resolved and we are made wholeA company should not be able to commit fraud and have no consequences
