Its not usable nor safe as my dad will hit the wall trying to use the stairs They were suppose to come and fix it and although they started to fix it after weeks of waiting, they left it unfinished, unsafe and unusable! The railing is splintering, there are nail holes, its not even level, and now they have disappeared They were paid in full They are using every excuse in the book to get out of fixing it, so we are seeking legal help to recoup 100% of the funds paid so we can pay another company to make it safe
