To whom it may concern; We have spoken to Ms. [redacted] about her concerns. We continue to use a variety of treating methods inside of her home to help with her situation, as described on the agreement between Terminix and Ms. [redacted]. All mattress covers were delivered at the service provided on 9/21/2015. She, is unfortunately, infested with bed bugs. These can take time to eliminate at a home and/or business, depending on each individual situation.We are scheduled to re-service her home on October 2, 2015.
