BEWARE - maintenance agreement is a TOTAL RIPOF!
My senior citizen parents paid for yearly maintenance that clearly states "breakdown service diagnostic per year." They had a problem with their heat pump icing up, so they called the company for a service diagnosticTechnician comes out, does a diagnostic checkup, and said that there's a leakThen he pulled out an electronic leak detector to do a leak check and charged my parents $for it - just for waving a leak detector around to confirm that there's a leakHe, and the company, stated that using the electronic leak detector is extra and not part of the diagnosticThat is a total RIPOF!

I've been doing Business with Brennan's Heating&Air Conditioning for the past 16years.I want everyone to know what it means to be a "Very Good Customer for a Very Long Time".In May of I had to have the speed fan replaced on my unit at a cost of $1279.00.Come June the evaporator coils were replaced at the cost $1634.00.So I signed on to a one year maintenance agreement to check the system the following year.On June Brennan's sent a out Tech to perform the service contract.When he left he signed off as the "system was working well".Three days later I had no A/C.The bottom line is, the wire from the compressor came off and shorter to ground.Which in turn Brennan's HVAC wouldn't claim responsibility for their negligencePlain and simple I had a unit that was working well, now I'm out $because of a $service contract.I've talked to Mike Brennan numerous times about some kinda montuary compensationHis reply "Let me think about" that was a month agoSad
