We had initially gone to Ms [redacted] 's home to take a look at her repairs and see what all needed to be done Once we had evaluated the repairs and our schedule we had decided we would not be able to start her work in a reasonable amount of time On 9/2/We suggested Ms [redacted] a few different people she could use instead of us so they could get the work done in a timely manner These people did not work for us and were not sub-contractorsWe believe she chose a guy named Mike StPierre, I am not sure why she is not contacting him directly regarding any warranty issues she may have Brenner Construction did not perform her repairs and there fore is not responsible for any warranty issues that have arisen from the work she had done

I am General Counsel for Dry Force, Inc. ("Dry Force").   Please accept this email as Dry Force's official response to the Revdex.com complaint identified above. Dry Force takes great pride in its workmanship and warrants all work according to the workmanship standards and time frames required by...

the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.  In this case, the tile work was completed in August 2011.  The customer now complains that the bathroom tile is not wearing as well as the tile in the rest of his residence, and asks Dry Force to replace the tile. Arizona law and Dry Force's contract requires a homeowner to give notice and opportunity to repair.  Dry Force did offer to send out a superintendent to inspect the work.   Dry Force informed  Mr. Delong that the Arizona Registrar of Contractor's imposes a two-year warranty on workmanship and materials, not a five-year warranty, but that Dry Force would send out a superintendent free of charge to look at the lifted tile. Mr. Delong refused and indicated that he would only accept a complete replacement of this bathroom tile floor.   Be advised that Dry Force records customer service calls for training purposes. Mr. Delong states that the bathroom tile repaired in 2011 is not wearing the same as "the rest of the tile in my home . . ."  This is to be expected.  Bathroom tile is exposed to water, intensive high-traffic and daily use compared to other areas of a residence. Bathroom tile needs to be maintained and repaired and grout resealed to avoid wear and tear.   While Mr. Delong's use is unknown, it is quite common for bathroom tile to be in need of normal and routine maintenance after half a decade of use, and in some cases complete replacement.   However, the need for routine maintenance and repair for wear and tear does not mean Dry Force's installation or the materials themselves fell below the standard of care in the industry or that any defect or warranty claim exists.  Kind regards,Richard S[redacted]

Worst customer service experience of my life. F-. They don't care about their customers, don't listen, don't pay attention, miss appointment times. It would be a waste of your hard earned money to hire Brenner Construction. You might as well take a match and light your $$ on fire.

This was a terrible experience and will not consider ever working with Brenner Construction in the future. They did not communicate well, overcharged and would not revise any quotes even when it was incorrect. Please do not use this company! Trying to work with Allen Ballard and Brenner Construction was a terrible experience.

Review: Two issues: Had reconstruction service done on 10/2014. [redacted]. came out and started Drying property due to water damage done due to water leaking from refrigerator. (Same phone number as Brenner Construction) [redacted]mpany referred me to Brenner Construction for reconstruction of home. Brenner Construction came out to look at services that needed be done. Gave copy of estimate of services by my insurance company.

Called Brenner Construction to followup, because it had been a few weeks and they had not come out to start reconstruction work. Person was sent out to do reconstruction. Service looked fine, but about a year later I noticed a problem with carpet. So I called Brenner Construction for the name of the person they had do reconstruction, they gave me his name and I called him regarding issue with carpet.

Today I found out that there was a gas leak in my house due to faulty attachment of gas hose to stove. When I called Brenner Construction they denied any responsibility, saying that they did not provide service. Kaylee, /exec. director would not even give me there license, saying; they didn't provide the work. But, they were able to give me contractors name when I called earlier. Pay doctors charges if needed. And accept responsibility, for any costs associated with services rendered for needing second contractor to come out to review work that might need to be corrected, and for services for Gas company needing to come out.Desired Settlement: Pay doctors charges if needed. And accept responsibility, for any costs associated with services rendered for needing second contractor to come out to review work that might need to be corrected, and for services for Gas company needing to come out.

I had some water damage to my kitchen cabinets and decided to redo the kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and lighting. Brenner Construction was the company associated with the water damage company and I hired them to do the job.

They were wonderful!!!! Everything was done in a timely manner - the crew showed up when they were supposed to, were polite and respectful of my home. They did a superb, quality job and I am thrilled with the results. I am planning on using them again for another project in the near future. I highly recommend them.
