I am rejecting this response because: they did not provided a resolution.
The sofa set was purchased right before store closing and they prepared the couch for pick up, as we had to get an enclosed rental truck to move the set, they had all the cushions and pillows removed once they brought it out. The way the set was in the showroom we were not aware of the defective foundation. We tried contacting the business many times before moving, and questioned the warranty coverage prior to purchase and was informed it was nationwide coverage. It took Bryan months to respond to our complaint when in Oregon. His response was sorry we had a lot going on recently. Now that we have moved to Florida they have not been able to resolve this. We purchased a set from them a few days before this and upon delivery the set came damaged. This is the second purchase with the same issue and they do not want to be held responsible for selling defective damaged furniture.
The customer picked up the furniture on the original purchase date on 9/28/16, they delivered it to their home in Roseburg Oregon. The furniture was signed for that it was in good condition and unflawed at the time of pick-up. Then at some point they moved across country to Florida again...
transporting the furniture themselves. Florida is out of our trading area and we physically cannot inspect the furniture ourselves. Brenner's would be able to facilitate a warranty claim if had the furniture was in our possession. I have attached the warranty card from Stanton that explains the warranty information.
