This contractor is a fraudMy parents had him do a wkjob and its still not done molater!! Several attempts have been made without success in getting someone to finish the jobThe material was roughly handled and shows the obvious imperfections...it was installed anywayIt is scary to know that any guy off the street can have a business, gladly take your money, and not finish what was started DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY IF YOU WANT AN HONEST PERSON TO DO A GOOD JOB!!!! People like this give such a bad image to the few good contractors out there
Before ANYONE uses this contractor--Run the other way! He is a smooth talker. He took 4 months to complete 2000 sq.ft. of tile. He had one tile setter on the whole job. He promises the world and takes a down payment for materials. The granite work was substandard, the cabinet guys could not find the studs and therefore put 9 holes in the backs of the cabinets trying to find the studs. He stated that installing cabinets would only take a couple of days---14 days and travel charges added. His workers work a total of 8 hrs a day--We were 1 1/2 hrs from his shop so they only worked 4 hrs a day. They ran out of tile for 1 week. The ADA shower floor was at a 2 1/2" slope (bowl) not 1/2". We had the shower floor redone. He managed to put in the radiant floor; after he had another tile guy come to help the other person. They had tile grout all over the walls and doors. Brent was on the job three times; to collect checks!
The bottom line is that we were forced to file a lawsuit for faulty workmanship on the ceramic tile floor. We won the judgment to have someone else repair the tile work, and now have to collect our money from Beicker on the judgment.
