Fortunately for this customer, they already have an extended warranty, and are covered for a period of time and miles to comeAt this point, we feel we have done everything we are willing to do, within reasonTell us why here

to whom it may concern. Regarding customer complaint; it is true the hitch and wire were on said vehicle at time of purchase, and there have been a few electrical issues in the past likely due to a wire harness related to towing, which was installed by a third party. Metro Ford has spear-headed the...

repair and covered related costs, including the use of a loaner vehicle, all at no expense to customer (even when the issue took a month to diagnose/repair). Since the customer stated they do not use the vehicle for towing, it was recommended that they remove the wire harness altogether. However, at the customers request, it was re-installed by the same third party; Madison Auto Trim. They have had recent concerns with electrical issues, which we have addressed at our expense, and issued a loaner vehicle, as well. However, during the last issue (a year and many months from purchase) while we were trying to come up with logical solution, and in the midst of issuing the customer a loaner vehicle, they decided to use social media while at the dealership to make derogatory statements regarding Metro Ford Sales and Service, at which time we chose not to go above and beyond any further; they are now dealing directly with Madison Auto Trim, the company that installed, and re-installed the wire harness. Regarding the extended warranty concern; it does not expire until 11/2023 or 94,500 miles.  why here...

I have just spoken to Mrs. [redacted] for the first time and apologized for the miscommunication back and forth . I have handled it internally and we have reached an agreement that she will be returned her vehicle to her home and will not be charged the legal 5% .  She has my direct line and email...

and is encouraged to get a hold of me if there is anything I can personally offer.
