Horrible customer service. Does not return calls. No show for appointment

Took 3 months to get appointment then on day of appointment without a call, business closed for their vacation. Did not advise or offer to reschedule, just dismissed appointment. Left message on their voicemail without a return phone call. Highly unprofessional. It is a shame, the dentist and his hygienic staff were actually decent. If you can get them to answer their phone, return a call, or show up for scheduled appointment they could have a successful practice. I think premiums that were paid on behalf of HMO should be returned. We were not able to access service
