delivery of the windows from the manufacturer of which Brentmore Construction had no control, however we installed as soon as We received them.The initial window installation did not meet the quality standards of Brentmore Construction.  Once the customer made us aware of their dissatisfaction we responded.  We have been on onsite to make corrections to remedy these issues three times.  We have involved the manufacturer of the windows.  Brentmore Construction has compensated the customer for their energy usage.    In addition, we have scheduled an energy audit from an outside firm to locate the source and validity of the heat loss. Brentmore Construction is as anxious as the customer to resolve this issue.Jack E[redacted]
