Review: April I began having a/c issues. They came out and cleaned the unit. They also said it needed Freon which they added a week later. The weather started to get really hot in June and the unit stopped blowing cold air. I had to call them 3 times before they sent someone out. The maintenance man said the compressor needed to be replaced that was as of May 29th. Since then I have called the office and their corporate office, which I received no response. The second week of June they brought in a portable a/c unit. The temperature was reaching 89 to 90 degree during the day even with the portable unit. A week an a half later they brought in a another portable unit the temperatures remained the same. I have tried to keep an accurate log of calls I made to the office and corporate office. When I finally was able to speak to someone they had no answers, but that they would send someone over which they did not. I have 2 children we have spent they last two months in temperatures well above 85degrees. I can not shut the a/c unit off because temperatures exceed 90. The last visit they made was on July 13th the maintenance man said it needed a new compressor. When is this going to happen? How many more tenants are living in these conditions. My electric bill has sky rocketed. I know it would have gone up due to the summer rates, but when a unit wont shut off and continues to run it uses more energy than normal. I have talked to fair housing I can break my lease, but I cant afford to move.Desired Settlement: Finish the job and replace unit as promised. Compensation for living in those conditions, or rent deductions due to having a malfunction unit resulting in excessive use of utilities which I was not able to controll. To be able to continue to live there without fear of losing apartment.

We were out of hot water on July 10 for over a week. They put a new boiler and my water is Luke warm. When you shower we have to make it quick. They won't discount off any rent and the maintenance stinks.
