I just wanted to share our exceptional experince at Brentwood Auto Brokers! I'm a librarian and my husband is a teacher, so we were looking for an economical vehicle that would both serve our needs and fit in our budgetIt often isn't an easy task to find a newer, under the warranty vehicle and not pay arm and a leg for itSo when I saw Nissan Leaf priced thousand below market and the competition, we naturally wrote it off as a "too good to be true" deal and kept on looking around on all other sitesBut Brentwood Auto Brokers kept popping up on all sites and seemed to always offer better pricing than all other dealersWhether it be Toyota Corolla, Honda Civic, Prius or a Leaf, Brentwood Auto Brokers always appeared to have on in stock and better pricedSo we started keeping our eye on their inventory and occasionally calling and inquiring about one or twoI was never pushed for personal information and the staff had no issue with taking their time to discussing each and every vehicle in detailSo we finally decided to come out and test drive a few and I have to say I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited during our visit and the non-pushy atmosphere that the business operates inIt is clear to me now why the busniess has such overwhelmingly positive reviews across all the sites, so I wanted to share our experirience with the worldWe are now proud owners of Nissan Leaf and customers for life

We purchased Nissan Sentra from Brentwood Auto Brokers in June of Upon the purchase of the vehicle we also purchased extended powertrain warrantymonths after the purchase we noticed that AC was not working very efficientlyUnfortunately, but truthfully, we knew that Air Conditioning was not covered by the powertrain warranty and we knew that months was outside a reasonable timeframe to expect a dealer to take care of an item on a used carThat being said, my wife was persistant about calling Sam to see if there's anything he could do about it or at least refer us to a place who would not charge us arm and a legWell, Sam did indeed recommend a NAPA Certified Service facility that he said they had a good relationship withWe took the car as suggested and hoped it would be all that plus someTo our huge surprise we got a call from Miguel, the shop owner, who said that our AC was low on coolant and that it was all readyHe also said that one of the auxiliary lights were out and that he went ahead and took care of that tooWhen we went to pick the car up, Miguel said there was no charge as Brentwood Auto Brokers took care of itBrentwood Auto Brokers earned themselves a lifelong customer and passionate advocate of their businessThank you Sam and Brentwood Auto Brokers for going above and beyond of what was expected!

We drove hours to purchase the vehicle we ended up driving home and were not disappointedEveryone at Brentwood Auto Brokers was extremely nice and accomodating in every wayI think this business deserves all the praise it can get for the way the conduct their businessProduct is as described and staff is knowledgable

I found a Hyundai online being sold by BAB and put down a deposit, making arrangements to pick it up later When I took possession of the vehicle, I addressed some concerns to the dealer and both him and the customer service manager contacted me quickly to resolve my concerns I was satisfied with the resolution and ended up with a newer vehicle with less miles than one I had previously The car is in the same condition as advertised and drives great It was the best deal I found after searching for days online using several websites I would recommend them to other customers and buy from them again Make sure to address all concerns prior to final purchase for everyone's peace of mind A+

Shelby and Keith took exceptional care of my elderly Mom when I was not able to be present at the time of transactionI negotiated the deal on the phoneThey gladly took the car to an independent shop of my choice for an inspection as per my requestBut what happened later is what made them stand out in my mind compared to most other dealers out there
The vehicle passed the inspection with minor recommendation as one would expect from any repair facility, but nothing that needed an immediate attentionSo when I was asked if I wanted to purchase a warranty, I positively felt that we did not need oneSo a few days later when my Mom called me and said the vehicle wouldn't start, I was upset at myself for not getting the warrantyBut I thought having done an independent inspection at place of my choice and refusing to purchase the warranty, I had no one but myself to blame
So I called Brentwood Auto Brokers to see if they would recommend a place to have the vehicle towed to for repairsI was told they could have their tow truck take it anywhere I wanted or to their shopI talked to my Mom and she said she would rather them take it to their mechanic, as she trusted Brentwood Auto Brokers more now than she did any other shop
Next day their service manager Mike called me and advised that it was simply the battery, as it appeared my mother had left the lights on when she locked the car and it had completely drained the batteryMike offered to replace the battery, but said the original had been recharged and seemed to have plenty of "juice"Again, no making up the stories, no attempt to upsell, but an honest diagnostic and recommendationI was delighted to hear the good news and asked what I owed Mike for his time and towingI was even more surprised to learn that at that point Mike had already spoken with Sam (the General Manager) and informed me there was no charge and that my elderly Mom would have her car back within the next few hoursI can't say enough about the integrity the company showed when taking care of an older person with her son on the phone hundreds of miles away in UtahI will be sure to send all my friends in Nashville to Brentwood Auto Brokers for all their automotive needsThank you, Brentwood Auto Brokers!

This guy Sam is the best. I can't really say that about some of his staff but this guy stepped up to the plate today and did the right thing for me. I bought a Volt from this place last month and the transaction was very smooth and very much a reasonable deal. I LOVE the new car. I am all about technology, it is what makes me complete. I am all about hybrids and I have wanted the Chevy Volt for a very long time, only problem was is that I was not about spending 40,000 for a new one. So I waited and found Brentwood Auto and got a very good deal. Glad I did, good guys all together. My experience is nothing but satisfied. No games played, no tricks, just a great wholesome deal from a very reputable business man. I will be back shortly to purchase 2 more vehicles from this business owner because of the way I was treated. If you get treated half as good as I was you will be back yourself.
