On June 30th of 2015, I took pleasure in celebration of my mother's 60th Birthday; by planning to dine on the patio of the Brentwood Bay ResortI made a few phone calls to wish my mother a Happy 60th Birthday; since she couldn't be present in attendanceAfter spending a lovely afternoon dining; I spoke to a front desk agent at the resort, who advised that I check out the media center (without my asking) While I was accessing the Internet; I was approached by an employee (by the name of [redacted] ) He informed me that I should vacate the premises and with no reason given whatsoever I just looked up at him, as he walked by to head up the stairs; stood up, gathered my belongings and left the resort I took it upon myself to contact the resortI spoke to a front of house manager of the resort, " [redacted] ." I requested the Resort "owners" contact informationI was both firm and crystal clear, that I required follow up from the "Owners" - as they needed to be aware of, and learn themselves about the Customer Service I was told by [redacted] , that the owners could not be contacted; as they resided overseas As a temporary resolution (that was not satisfactory by me) [redacted] issued a refund for the monies spent for the total amount of the bill paid When speaking to [redacted] , I let her know that I was accepting the refund- only as a temporary gesture of goodwill, in lieu of the fact that I was prepared to do some of my own research to find out who the actual owners wereIf she wasn't able to provide me with the owners contact details, then I would request further compensation, as in terms of a potential complimentary Spa Day' or something that would be both suitable as well as amicable; for what I had to endure as a paying customer who had previously stayed as an overnight paying guest
