Brentwood Bowl

I had my son's 4th birthday party at Brentwood Bowl It was the most awful experience! The lady running the front desk (older, Latina or Chinese descent) was the cause Highly lacking in customer service and social skills Very rude and cold! I had children bowling and she tried charging me for 15! Even the bartender at this establishment could not hold a conversation with her, as she just blew her off On top of the poor customer service, I had to buy their drinks and chips; RIP OFF!! $for a pitcher of coke and $for a pack of small juice boxes! I will never patronize this place again!
