Mr. [redacted] was a new patient. Every new patient gets x-rays done before we do any work on them. If he did not want those done, he wouldn’t have let us do them. We did take care of that part of the bill as a good faith effort.

I am rejecting this response because:They did not...

remove the referenced x ray charges from my bill.  I am still getting bills and late charges to this day. These were not standard x rays and they were not requested by me. I specifically stated that I only wanted what my insurance would cover.  They neglected that request and instead ran up a pile of charges and sent me the bill.
