We are sorry for any confusion or miscommunication. The customer wanted to be at $330 a month with a remote start and Navi added to the vehicle. I got the customers payment to $329 a month which is $1 less then his target of $330 a month. He then bought protection plans through the...
finance department that raised his payment above the $329 a month.
The customer wanted us to deliver him a vehicle without a New York State inspection which we would not do. He stated that he was going on vacation and demanded that we do it. He started making a scene in the showroom so I asked him to kindly exit the building. Thank...
you
We are sorry for any inconvenience. We spoke with the customer and he is returning the vehicle. We are happy to settle the issue.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This was not the case. Me asking Mazda to sell a vehicle without an inspection was never a question. The statement made by the respondent is disingenuous, at best. No vehicle can be sold in NY without the state inspection. Had I asked this question, the conversation would have stopped there and my credit would never have been ran. Please refer tot he attached recording. This establishment is showing itself to be a dishonest business practice. Further on the note of the getting the vehicle inspected, I called in a favor from a well-known and respected auto shop that is certified through the state of NY to perform vehicle inspections. The owner of the establishment stayed late to facilitate the inspection. Mazda stated they were going to call the auto shop and get the vehicle inspected prior to my leaving to retrieve my vehicle title. Again shining a glaring light on the blatant false statement made by the respondent. It was also agreed that my credit would not be ran if the deal could not be made and/or the car could not be inspected. I was in route back to the Mazda dealership, from my home with the title when called and told the dealer could not get the vehicle inspected and also found they did not attempt to get it inspected at any establishment, however they still ran my credit. Again this would never have been the case if I had asked them to sell the vehicle without inspection and was asked to exit the build, as falsely stated by the respondent. They need to retract the credit pull and I would like this to be documented for all people considering doing business with this establishment.

Please understand the customer filled out a credit application so we could get him a loan and we attempted to do so. Everything that occurred was standard procedure.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Since the beginning of the responses from this establishment have been one lie after another. Initially they stated I was asked to leave after asking them to sell an uninspected vehicle, then it was a misleading statement regarding not being able to help with a trade, now they say everything was done in order. The fact is I recorded the final conversation. They agreed not to process any credit inquiries until we had concluded the deal was going to be made. That meant they needed to get the vehicle inspected before being able to sell it. Therefore my credit should not have been run until an inspection had been completed. Again this business needs to be exposed to any other potential victims for the unprofessional and underhanded tactics they are engaging in. They also used a bank I did not agree to. I stated specifically I would only use [redacted]. Each response by this "business" has been one deflecting false statement after another. This is not acceptable.
