complete their trip.  He states that if this would have been an unavoidable matter, he would be willing to compensate the consumer but feels that an act of God is out of his hands.

On the day of service it was raining, but when I called about the situation the owner was saying it was an alternator not a generator. We also paid for 5 hours of use which we did not get to use due to repairs needed on the bus. Along with everyone getting wet inside the vehicle because there were only two screws in the emergency hatch which I have pictures of. I feel we should be reimbursed for one hour which we technically could not use because we were broke down.
