through of the apartment after the resident moved out on December 5, 2015 and the photos that were taken after her move out, the charges that were deducted from the resident's security deposit were fair and accurate. She resided in the apartment for only one year and had caused damaged to the apartment. In addition, she owed $315.40 in past due utility bills that were deducted from her security deposit. She did receive a partial refund of her security deposit.
