Good Afternoon,I am aware of this customer's concern. The employee that she mentioned was correct. When speaking with that particular employee, [redacted], he did mention the customer came into the store and sat in the recliner, propped it back and was aware of the condition it was in. Which at that...
time the recliner was in good condition with no damage or problems. Four days later the customer called stating that the recliner was broken and was highly upset. He, [redacted], proceeded to explain we have a no refund policy which is posted in the store and visible at time of purchase. Before he could work through alternatives the customer hung up and that was the end of the discussion. We are terribly sorry that the customer is dissatisfied with the purchase and later outcome.
