After review of call logs and trouble tickets, The customer normally would not be allowed a refund A new support technician did not follow proper procedure in trouble shooting this customers issue We spoke with the customer via phone only twice Typically we would work to resolve
the issue via phone then perform a site visit to insure the customer truly could not use our services with their current devices before agreeing to issue a credit If the individual will not consent to work with our technicians, then he or she would not be allowed a refund In this case, since our technician did not follow procedures correctly we will issue a credit to Mr*** I have called the individual to notify of this decision via phone but was unable to reach him I did leave a voicemail asking him to contact us at his earliest convenience so that I could resolve this issue
