I am rejecting this response because: This is not an attempt at resolution but rather long list of reasonable but unsatisfactory and probably untrue excuses. It is Mr. Bressem's responsibility to properly bid and execute the job as we paid for. This didn't happen in reasonable time and we therefore seek repayment.

Not sure who posted this one could be Mary could be Danielle of Norwalk Mary Stockton hired me to do a room addition during the 2008 recession her bank loan was recalled so she came up with some fabricated story and had her to crazy sons tear apart the forms and post all kinds of stuff online unfortunate to her I have everything documented and videoed as I do all jobs I just don’t tell the client the most recent complaint is the client had her brother living in the garage and had several complaints against the house it took or a year to finally get a permit issued when COVID-19 hit once again I was acting as a project manager not a contractor I sent people over to Stucco the house I put people over to take out the footings she paid for each process that was completed.
the problem with the construction industry is the homeowner thinks that if they get 95% of the work they want done and they pay for that that we should have to regurgitate the work we did and give them back all the money we paid out like any other business out there you pay for a service you reserve the service you don’t get money back if you paid for half the service you got half the service these are laws that need to be addressed in the Supreme Court because I feel bad for the young generation of intrapreneurs entering into this industry with no laws that protect them anyway from the con artist liars thieves and manipulators that paint a picture of that through these honest good people and take advantage of hard-working enTRAPreneur that invest thousands of dollars just to get this business going and we provide shelter housing buildings workshops dental offices the list goes on and on what Contractor does with not one law preventing this kind of stuff preventing us from being slandered put down lied about the Internet that leads to bankruptcy hardships to the contractor most contractors are honest hard-working people they deserve to be paid for every minute of their time not because a homeowner feels it didn’t go fast enough with the state shut the state down or the weather wouldn’t allow supplies they did 70 to 80 hours for free time just to get the job then put in another 4500 hours setting up the job then ordering materials meeting and planning measuring
Mary Stockton in California continues with her mental issues or bipolar nature or narcissistic lie that I ripped her off of $80,000 that continues to create a hardship for me but unfortunately I’m a very motivated person and I really don’t care and as for the state of California go after real criminals find the drug addicts the thieves the border jumpers the ones that are stealing cars every day stealing tools don’t try to target people you think have money that you can pay your bills you can’t afford .
have fun with this Mary Danielle and child molester Shannon Miller are you people that want to keep playing games because technology has gotten to a higher level everything I do is documented videoed stored away for the perpetual reputational damage.
so let this be a warning Mary Stockton and Daniel continue down this road and I will sue.

Has for Daniel it’s an unfortunate circumstance that took place the whole world shut down and I do feel horribly because I wanted to provide you and your husband with an awesome addition if you would’ve been upfront with me and told me the challenges I had to get coming into it I could’ve got around those with the city but waiting a whole year for me to finally get a meeting with the building department and find out what the holdup was..
This person Rick B[redacted] has been scamming people for 30 years. He is a criminal and s
m of the earth. He ripped me off for $80,000 and had his Revdex.com membership canceled in California in 2008. When I saw that he was again a member of the Revdex.com in Colorado, I personally called the Revdex.com and told them they had to get rid of this criminal that he would steal from people and he would never stop. He is a sociopath and a horrible person . Well they told me that the cases in CA were closed and that he could be a member again in CO. So I guess owing me $80,000 was OK and he starts again. Pluse owing the state of CA $10,000. He has ripped people off for hundreds of thousands of dollars. I tried to warn CO : the Revdex.com, attorney general, police, licensing boards etc. now after 8 years in CO. He has stolen at least $100,000 from unknowing customers. Please Colorado, get this guy once and for all and have him prosecuted . Sincerely, M
You are a piece of work you definitely belong in Ca I have photo proof I had to fight this sick minded per in 9th district court she lost according to federal contract law this b[censored] still owes me $8500 for the work I did in the pictures and the proof of it that’s why they’re all put me in jail because I broke no laws they need to make some laws against people like this the judge instructed me if very you continue to post stuff I will sue you for $1 million for repetitive perpetual reputational damage

responding to this complaintI was hired to replace 300 sqft of siding and build a small deck in the back yard.When my crew showed up to start the repairs I was put on hold for three weeks due to the roofers and weather so when my guy and I finally got to start the project I started looking into why there was so much dry rot at this time I noticed that the windows were installed incorrect and water was running in the house so we spent weeks filling the gap and trying to stop this leak on every windowThis took time and money that I never bid or planned for.So my men went to the back setup scaffold and it snowed hard and heavy the fact that the work is on a north facing side it would never dry out. The home owner threaten to file this claim if I won't work back there so I put guys there again and one of my men slipped off and fell about ten feet down in the back yard so I pulled them off explaining this to Mr. [redacted] it's not safe to work in this unsafe area until it dries out he did care just complained everyday but I told him I won't put money before a mans life you need to wait. When it finally warmed up I agreed to start back up and he refused to let me back and ordered us off the project and wanted all his money back. I paid thousands to fight the weather to fix 31 windows that I never bid and dropped my price for them because they claimed they were on a tight budgetAnd after all my effort Mr [redacted] pulls this move and files a claim with you guys.Best regards.Rick BressemBressem Inc.[redacted]
