I’ve known this guy for 30 years built over 50 to 60 projects for me I would say the most reasonable contractor for this price is great quality work it’s sad to say it’s like this allow good people to be victimized car is hardship I don’t know what the reviews are all about he’s ever ripped me off a penny he’s always went the extra mile great sense of humor great personality hard worker
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is not an attempt at resolution but rather long list of reasonable but unsatisfactory and probably untrue excusesIt is MrBressem's responsibility to properly bid and execute the job as we paid forThis didn't happen in reasonable time and we therefore seek repayment Regards, [redacted]
from: Bressem Inc < [redacted] >to: [redacted] date: Mon, Feb 29, at 10:AMsubject: [redacted] Hi I'm responding to this complaintI was hired to replace sqft of siding and build a small deck in the back yard. When my crew showed up to start the repairs I was put on hold for three weeks due to the roofers and weather so when my guy and I finally got to start the project I started looking into why there was so much dry rot at this time I noticed that the windows were installed incorrect and water was running in the house so we spent weeks filling the gap and trying to stop this leak on every windowThis took time and money that I never bid or planned for.So my men went to the back setup scaffold and it snowed hard and heavy the fact that the work is on a north facing side it would never dry outThe home owner threaten to file this claim if I won't work back there so I put guys there again and one of my men slipped off and fell about ten feet down in the back yard so I pulled them off explaining this to Mr [redacted] it's not safe to work in this unsafe area until it dries out he did care just complained everyday but I told him I won't put money before a mans life you need to waitWhen it finally warmed up I agreed to start back up and he refused to let me back and ordered us off the project and wanted all his money backI paid thousands to fight the weather to fix windows that I never bid and dropped my price for them because they claimed they were on a tight budgetAnd after all my effort Mr [redacted] pulls this move and files a claim with you guys.Best regards.Rick BressemBressem Inc[redacted]
