Review: Went in there on 2/12/15 and purchased some cigarettes and 20$ in gas. I left and completely forgot to pump the gas. It couldn't have been more then five minutes before I returned to let them know I forgot to pump my gas. They told me that someone had already pumped the gas I had paid for. There is no way that within the time had been gone and the fact that it is 2015 and no one pumps there gas without paying first or swiping their card. I asked to speak to the manager and after a min or two of ranting and raving with him, I asked if I could get my two cents in and he told me NO! They said this happens all the time and they cant take money out of their pocket to pay for my gas. Understandable if it was a mom and pop shop but it wasn't, its corporation called shell. I've never been so miss treated by something so small and such a quick easy fix by checking the gas sales.Desired Settlement: 20$
