Bret B [redacted] was hired as our wedding photographer in March During our meetings he was quite charming and fooled us with his portfolio and "experience" meanwhile when it came time to produce our wedding pictures he "LOST" them, While also trying to tie up loose ends and confirming our vendors two weeks prior to the wedding he was unreachable and did not return any texts or phone calls until days later At the conclusion of our reception he said he would have our pictures within a month; a month came and went and yet again he was unreachable, when he finally made contact he had tons of stories swirling around; claiming he mailed the discs weeks ago to the files being stored on his computer coming up as "error" to his computer possibly having a virus; all the while never making any attempt to right this situation Eventually he offered the deposit back; which I am still waiting for (even though he said he put it in the mail) He cheated my husband and I out of having

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Bret Boylan Photography regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
My husband and I are suing Bret Boylan Photography in small claims court, around the same time he must have received his summons/court...

date and papers; he reached out about 17 times to my husband and I in 2 days, swearing and promising that he would be mailing a check.  No check has been received and no contact has been made from him to either of us since 06/**/2017.
