I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Thank you *** for your excellent mediationI've read the Breton response and with respect to them doing nothing wrong you & I both know they didn't settle on $2,because of my personality. I hope the Revdex.com keeps this incident on file in the case of Breton misrepresenting their capabilities to another customer in the future

***, please find below the chain of events that happened• There was never a final contract for Breton due to the changing design and continual cost addition requests by Mr***• Breton received wrong dimensions for one of the prototype builds from *** ***• *** was never
charged by Breton for any prototype that did not meet requirement if it was our error(See attached invoicing) • The final and last demand by *** that ended any more proceedings on this prototype build was when "*** ***" demanded that Breton package at our facility in a way that could not be accomplishedNOTE: Packaging and shipping out of Breton was never part of the initial request or costingAlthough we tried a packaging prototype per their request it was not acceptable along with an estimated cost• When I informed *** *** of the impasse and that we have no choice but to stop this project, they agreed• Shortly after that, I asked *** to send me an address to where he wanted me to send the tooling at our expense which he boughtI never received an answerI still have that tooling and would be glad to send it to Mr*** at our expense if they supply address• Finally, total cost charged to *** was $1,(see attached $being tooling)Thank you for your time on this matterRespectfully, Al D., CEO Attachments
