Review: I hired a contractor to clean my chimney for $99 per a sign at my mailboxes on 12/14/14. Upon inspecting the chimney they noted it needed additional work for $450. I gave a deposit of $175 on 12/14/14. The next day they came out and said the roof needed work and for $1200 they would replace the lower roof, do all the chimney work etc. They asked for an additional deposit of $500 which was given on 12/15/14. The two checks were cashed immediately and they have never returned. I have contacted them repeatedly by email, text and phone call. I have gotten limited responses with promises they would be out in the next day or two. The last response I recieved was on 12/29/14 by text that they would be out on my property the next day or two. I called, emailed, and texted on 1/5/14 with notification that I would contact the Revdex.com and take legal action if I did not hear from them within 24 hours. I have not heard from then since.Desired Settlement: I would like my $675 returned.
