Our experience with Brett Hayse was superbI can't rate them high enough, from start to finish it was flawless They was on time as I was leaving for work and when I got back home, I was ecstatic that our roof was completed and they cleaned up as they went along They came back the next day for touch ups They don't play Very professional and handled everything from the inspection of our roof, to the insurance adjuster to samples of the new roof for us to choose from to the date of the start time and painting the interior ceilings I would and have recommended them to friends, family or anyone that needs work done to their home You guys are truly Fantastic and I mean that with all sincerity Thank you again for a job will done â? They were so nice too

Worst communication from any contractor I've ever worked withWe had a quote which was written improperly with the wrong materials which nobody noticed until days before we were to pay and have materials deliveredSorting out that mess was an absolute fiascoThey never knew if anyone from their company had spoken to us or not I ended up deciding that they weren't purposely bait/switching me and went aheadWe also had a lot of trouble scheduling our job as we had a pool to close prior to starting workBUT the kicker is on the day of installation, I realize that a very important part of the job to us was not being doneThey had a ridge vent on both of our estimates (the one before their materials mistake AND the one after) and they were *not* installing itAfter calling three people at the company, I finally got the salesman on the phone who proceeded to tell me that they *can't* put a ridge vent on my homeWhen would you want someone to tell you that? Probably before work starts and payment is givenI had already given them a check for the full amount on the contract that morning that *included* the ridge ventI am still waiting on someone to contact me and deal with thisDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I shopped around for the very best company who could handle my roofing project at the price I felt was reasonable I wanted a designer GAF shingle (woodland, cedarwood abbey) and I wanted open valleys I knew the retail price points for what I wanted and the underlayment protection for the ridges and valleys I would accept to be part of the GAF protection I also knew the total squares of my roof and the length of valleys I sent out my insurance adjuster measurements along with my dream roofing wish list I went to companies Brett H*** came back with every item on my wish list included with a reasonable and respectable quote to do the job I checked out the company on Revdex.com, all positive marks They are quite large and having purchasing power with the manufactures so don't be afraid to ask for what you really want, don't accept just whatever another company is saying they will give you as a favor to you They never tried to convince me they were the good guys and my insurance company was out to run me over They have been nothing but helpful and the roof looks fantastic! I got the ridge vents I wanted and they even painted the new boots and existing pipes to blend in with the roof, it's not just the standard black Their quote was as much at 10k below a competitor, matched by another, however they offered the best quality products overall compared to the others, like the top of the line starter shingles (yes, I knew which starter shingles were the best and I didn't have to request them, those are the ones they offered) They use GAF products so go on the GAF website and do your homework This is a family run company and it is very big and professional Zach did my quote, he was very helpful, he knew what my insurance was paying and he knew what I wanted He did his best to win the job and never attempted to tell me to downgrade something Adam arranged delivery, again awesome service They are up to date with ordering satellite images for measurements and you don't have to keep reminding them what you want Our roof was a big home improvement project for us and we could not be more pleased And the roofing team worked for hours straight the first day and came back to finish the job early the next morning Totally professional and the hardest working people I've ever seen
