Our Roberts tech was Charles After checking out the unit, he explained exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix it Since our unit is very old, he let us know it would most likely be a temporary fix He gave us the pricing and we made our decision Charles was very knowledgeable and very nice to deal with Will use Roberts again
