Very dissatisfied with my experience dealing with this optometrist and his practice Had called for simple eye exam and RX for new glasses (had been patient of this practice under the previous owner) Took pains to make sure new staff had proper insurance info' etc Appt we billed (miss-billed?) as medical so insurance would not pay No amount of effort to contact and correct the situation with the office was met with other than extremely poor customer service and belligerence After months of no contact (no billing statements, etc.), they turned my account over to a collection agency, HAVING NEVER ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS OR COMPLAINTS In summary - avoid this practice!
