On Wednesday December 21st, 2016 the window company was dispatched and the window in question was looked at and measured and the glass was ordered.  The glass manufacturer were all closed between Christmas and New Year.  At this time I am waiting for a call from the Glass Installer [redacted]...

[redacted] - Owner [redacted] to response on when the glass will be in and when it will be installed.  I have called [redacted] and left a message to call me so that I can make arrangements for glass to be installed.  I will be requesting that she is present when this occurs as well as myself and [redacted] installers.  I have repeatedly requested this repair to be handled by the glass company multiple times upon the 1st call of the crack in the window.
