On 04/15/Patient's father *** *** *** called and ask if we billed his *** insurance claimwhich we had already done.On 04/28/our specialist called *** and spoke with TrishTrish stated the policy ID# we sent to them the dependent was not enrolled as being insured this is
when we billed the patient.On 06/02/the patient's father *** called with an *** representative Phyllis on the call as well and the ID# and group # was incorrect at that time we corrected and resubmitted the claim to ***.As of 06/03/the claim has been received and in process with ***Patient is not responsible until *** adjudicate the claim for payment with patient responsibility if any.Thank you, *** ***, PFS Supervisor
