I went to see Brett after my vehicle was in for service by a well known dealer for a component that only the dealership had access to. After the vehicle was returned to me for that repair, they informed me that my "front end was in need of a rebuild". I was surprised by this assessment since there is no free-play in my steering wheel and my vehicle drives as straight as an arrow, so I took it to Brett for a second opinion. He raised my vehicle on the hoist and discovered that everything was within the same tolerances as from the factory, so no repair needed.
