First of all, I would like to apologize for not making you a satisfied customerAnd I apologize if you feel I was rude during my service call.When I bid a job over the phone, it has to be a rough guess of what I'm biddingI cannot see conditions of piping over the phoneWhen I'm asked to replace an owner supplied disposal, my thought would be it's a new disposal that I could take out of the box and replace the existingWhen I'm not given those details, sometimes isn't a replacement projectSome times when your dealing with aged satin drain piping you can't get it apart without it breaking and it must be replacedIt sounds like I was explaining to you what was going on based on your complaintI always stand behind my workI wish you would have called me when you first had a problem, I'm sure I would have come out and taken care of the problem at no chargeBut after months of use and not knowing what was done under the sink in that time, it's difficult to warrantyChances are I would still have repaired it at no charge.At this time, I don't feel responsible for any damages or reinbursement for the service call because I was never informed of a problemAgain, I apologize and I wish you would have contacted me to make things right.Bill Breuss, Owner

When I'm not given those details, sometimes isn't a normal replacement project. Some times when your dealing with aged satin drain piping you can't get it apart without it breaking and it must be replaced. It sounds like I was explaining to you what was going on based on your complaint. I always stand behind my work. I wish you would have called me when you first had a problem, I'm sure I would have come out and taken care of the problem at no charge. But after 8 months of use and not knowing what was done under the sink in that time, it's difficult to warranty. Chances are I would still have repaired it at no charge.At this time, I don't feel responsible for any damages or reinbursement for the service call because I was never informed of a problem.
