mother the run around with their "soon" business, "we will be shipping soon", "its shipping this week"I have emails saying that from this company.Define "soon" Also, your "your credit card will not be charged at this timeWe will process your payment before shipment" lies.

**Here's the "rude" response from customer service in its entirety:"Hi [redacted]!  We do have a phone number, but it goes to voicemail and then we respond via email to make sure we keep everything straight. If you'd like, I can see if [redacted], the inventor, is available to give you a call....

 Just respond with your number if you'd like to speak with him. Thanks!Also, we are planning to send out an update today with more info. Have a great weekend!"**Customer requested a refund on February 13, 2017, at 8:47 am and was refunded in full by 11:26 am that same day.  Can't please everybody!

I have been waiting...

6 months for a replacement.  They keep saying that version 2 is coming but they have provided no time frame, they do not provide updates on the status and I have no faith in this company and more.  Am I supposed to wait forever?  I just want my money refunded.

I am rejecting this response because:it is now 8 months since I have stated that my product does not work. As for the warranty my warranty expires in 3 months. So unless it will be replaced in 3 months my warranty will mean nothing.

I am rejecting this response because: It has been over 6 months since I have been waiting for the replacement.  The company just continues to give the same response about a new version of the product is being worked on however they have given no indication as to when this version will be provided.  They have had my money for almost 18 months and yet I only had a product that worked for 2 months.  I do not trust them, I have no confidence in them and I just want my money refunded.  I am tired of this.
