Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been waiting months for a replacement They keep saying that version is coming but they have provided no time frame, they do not provide updates on the status and I have no faith in this company and more Am I supposed to wait forever? **Here's the "rude" response from customer service in its entirety:"Hi [redacted] ! We do have a phone number, but it goes to voicemail and then we respond via email to make sure we keep everything straightIf you'd like, I can see if [redacted] , the inventor, is available to give you a call Just respond with your number if you'd like to speak with himThanks!Also, we are planning to send out an update today with more infoHave a great weekend!"**Customer requested a refund on February 13, 2017, at 8:am and was refunded in full by 11:am that same day Can't please everybody!

We apologize for the misunderstanding. As we have explained via email, there was a problem delivering your unit because of the charger type. We do have you down for first delivery when our new, improved biem is ready to ship. Thanks for your patience! We will contact you to confirm... charger type as well as shipping address soon.
