Review: I purchased over $100 in Christmas gifts on December 7, 2013, in addition to a sweatshirt I bought for myself. I expressed doubt about the sweatshirt to the salesclerk, since there was no place for me to try it on, but ultimately decided to buy it after all. When I got home, I tried it on, and not only did it fit awkwardly, the colors did not look nice with my skin tone; so the very next morning, I attempted to return it to the store with tags still attached and receipt in hand. The salesclerk there (a different one from the night before) informed me that returns are not allowed, only exchanges. When I told her no one had informed me of that policy upon purchase, she pointed out that it is printed on the receipt. I worked in various retail stores for 8 years, and never heard of such a policy when the customer has the receipt as well as tags still attached to the item in question! The salesclerk was apologetic and gave me the phone number for corporate. I left a voice mail message at the corporate office with my complaint as well as both my work and cell phone numbers, and no one has gotten back to me at all.Desired Settlement: I do not want this shirt. I want to return it to the store and receive the money back that I paid for it. I don't believe this is unreasonable, since I never even wore the shirt other than to try it on at home, which I would've done in the store had I had a fitting room available to even do that, and then I wouldn't have bought it in the first place and wouldn't have to be dealing with this problem.
