I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11840857, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meDoors have been fixed after couple adjustments....Still sad an installer blames the doors or weather when all you have to do is adjust the wood framing down from hitting This problem could have been avoided if installer didn't go missing for over a week without a callAll square now and glad all is ok
