I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.How do conveniently the cameras did not work just on that side of the bar where the cash was left and obviously stolen so of course the drawer wouldn't show the money was missing. I did not authorize or sign or have a copy of the receipt to prove these charges and I do not agree with the charges I was charged.I would like a copy of the non authorized signed receipt because now I think its an issue that the police should be involved in as stolen money and the cameras not working. The business responded via phone as follows:The company states spoke with the consumer on two occasions after the issue.The company states that during conversations with the consumer the items ordered were reviewedThe company states the consumer was in agreement to the amount of the bill. The
company states that consumer stated that cash was left on the bar to cover billThe company states three bar tenders were working that night and the company states that none of the three bar tenders saw cash on the bar to cover the bill.The company states that cameras did not cover the area where the consumer was sitting.The company states upon closing out, no cash overages were foundThe company states that the bar has signage up stating "if you don't close out your tab, a 18% gratuity charge is added to the bill".The company states card was charged due to no cash being collected to pay bill.The company apologizes but nothing more the company can do
