I was a customer of the old One Hour and am glad to report that it now being under Brewer there is much improvement and just had one of their technicians out. He was very professional and performed the service I needed without any pressure for more than I needed done. I would highly recommend Brewer One Hour Conditioning & Heating to all my friends and neighbors.

received the attached paid copy of the invoice for the insulation installed at

searched our call logs and we cannot find any record of...

a call from you nor

were there any notes in your brother's customer profile to that effect.  I am unable to determine to whom you spoke

and normally requests for receipts or invoices are sent to my department for

processing; however we recieved no request so unfortunately I cannot explain

what happened but I apologize for the inconvenience.

Kudos to Brewer One-Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. They are doing a wonderful

job!

I purchased my A/C from One Hour 4 years ago this month and all has been fine. Since Mike B[redacted] has taken over the company all has been even better and I have been very pleased with the service we receive and when the technicians come to complete maintenance on our unit. I has a minor issue and I was contacted by Mike B[redacted] personally and he is always available for his customers. That is service!

The representative from Brewer was very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned that I understood the various rating numbers as he was there as a result of an inspection report for the sale of our house.

On time, performed the work fast, and effectively. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Had to order parts. They came out the day the part arrived and got me going.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I sent a complaint to your Revdex.com online and I haven’t gotten an answer yet from the company or from you.  I was my second complaint regarding Right Time Air Conditioning business and I complained that the receipt they gave me did not have my name on it as the payer.  They put my brother’s name on it twice as payer and as the place of service.  I need my name on the receipt so I can use it legally to put a lien against my brother’s house to get my money back when he sells it.  I contacted the company and they refuse to reply back to me.

Please contact them again to edit the receipt to reflect my name and address as payer, as well as my brother’s place of where they serviced, and send me the corrected copy.  My name is [redacted], [redacted] Lane, Port Richey, Florida 34668.

We are very pleased with the service we have received. Service has been prompt, efficient, accurate, and pleasant.

Dale has serviced my house and I waited for him with cancellations due to people not hang air he is honest professional respectful I had him for my daughters inspection also. As long as he works for u I will have him. I have had other techs from your company. Never took time to explain anything and overcharged me over the years

Dale is an outstanding salesman and supervisor. He spend time above and beyond in explaining our options in purchasing a new system. After getting three other bids we decided that Brewer met our needs. The system was installed in a timely manner, they installers were very professional and focused on their jobs, Dale has done an outstanding job at making sure the install was performed to Brewers standards and spend more than adequate time with us on explaining our new programmable thermostat. I look forward to interacting with Brewer staff on upcoming routine maintenance.

We had just purchased our home in January 2016; the first heat wave hit and the unit went down, Brewer was out quickly and diagnosed the issue and we needed to replace it. They gave a fair price for a new one and had it up the day they said it would be. Outstanding service, efficient and "cost effective" for us.

All around a great experience thank you to the Brewer One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating company.

This company replaced our AC/heat unit in February 2014. Because our utility bills continued to increase both during the summer and winter, we called for them to come see what was the cause. Their technician P. was openly honest and found that when placed, the unit had not been sealed and therefore we had been cooling and heating the outside. P. sealed the unit. We have no animosity against P.. He was very thorough. Due to the careless installation costing us much higher utility bills, I feel an adjustment should be made, either by a refund of the excess ($200 over what we spent during the same time period in 2013) or a "no charge" warranty covering service for a year. So, I called the company and requested a review of the situation. They sent another staff member out (not the owner) who stated he had been present during part of the installation and arrogantly stated "Well we've fixed it now". When I asked about the over-charges their inappropriate installation had caused, he said that wasn't their problem and they were not going to do anything about it. He was rude and arrogant. Use caution when thinking about hiring this company.

We live across country and had an issue with our heating unit. Our property manager called our home warranty company and they sent Brewers to fix the problem. They came a day late. They gave a repair time frame and when I called my home warranty company, I was informed that they had not ordered the part. This was a week after they had been to our property in [redacted]. Due to the heat not being fixed, our tenants vacated the property. It was 2 weeks until heat was restored. My property manager had phone issues and her phone was off for about an hour. This company then proceeded to call me and my husband and leave nasty voicemails about getting paid immediately. When I told her I needed to verify the account I was paying from and call them back, she proceeded to threaten me with having our home warranty suspended and send it over to a collections agency. This was on a call I made to them to resolve the issue. I have never had such an awful customer service experience in my life. I am filing a formal complaint with the home warranty company as well. The bill is paid, but I will make sure and tell everyone I know about how awful this company is.

I purchased a new heating/air conditioning system from Brewer One Hour Air conditioning a little over two years ago, and give them two thumbs uo for the installation process and twice a year check ups. Highly recommend them.
