I would never recommend this business to anyone. After installing a new driveway when we have wet snow or rain my driveway does not drain. Right now it looks like a pond.When I contacted the owner he did absolutely nothing, I'm only sorry I didn't take him to small claims court.

Review: I had my driveway paved on 5/14/2013. In 2014, I noticed cracking and in some spots weeds were growing in the cracks. After numerous telphone call exchanges, Brewer came out to spray weed killer on the driveway however never addressed the cracks issue. They return my calls but do not follow through on coming over to address the issues. Also, there are waves and ripples in the driveway that I can overlook but not the cracks.Desired Settlement: I would like Brewer Paving to fix the cracks in my driveway

Review: Brewer Paving repaved the driveway for my home 5/26/15 and surface cracks appeared by August 2015. I called about the concern in August and never received a call back. A registered letter was sent 9/9/15 stating the situation and requesting corrective action. A second letter was sent 10/6/15 via registered mail requesting corrective action. Brewer Paving has never contacted me in person to resolve the matter or taken acceptable corrective action. The cracks are still there. The contract I signed with them states that the new driveway paving is guaranteed for one year. Their newspaper ads also stated their work is guaranteed. As a senior citizen who spent a long time saving up for this $4,500 expense, I expected the new driveway to last without surface failure for years not weeks. The salesperson from Brewer certainly told me it would last for years.Desired Settlement: Brewer Paving should stand behind their guarantee and repair the driveway with quality material and workmanship that will last years not weeks. If they are unwilling to do that, they should refund me the cost of the paving.

Review: Brewer Paving has not responded to repeated phone calls or a registered letter we sent on November 8, 2015.

Four major concerns are as follows:

1. There is a significant patch of driveway that is already breaking up and crumbling. It will not survive the winter. Loose pavement in chunks are already littering the driveway.

2. There is a ridged indentation at the base of the driveway near the deck that dips noticeably, and the lines from the paver have "creased" that area. We are skeptical that the pitch is at all adequate and we are very concerned that this winter, that dip will become a settling point for ice. As we told Brewer Paving, our biggest concern in terms of the new driveway was to get the pitch right. The work has not met this request.

3. The top of the driveway was finished sloppily with ridges and residual tarmac.

4. The tarmac was inexpertly paved along our new stone wall, with noticeable, unsightly, uneven tarmac lines up into the stone work.Desired Settlement: We want to have our money refunded so that we can have another company do the job properly.
