I was waiting for over a month to get an estimate on replacing some pipes. I called several times, getting a response that they, "are working on it." Finally a called and was told, "Sorry, we decided that we can't do it." When asking why nobody called to let me know I was told that they forgot. This business does not know how to treat customers.
